Vogrie Country Park

Gorebridge
01875 821 990

Based on Vogrie Estate, previously owned by the Dewar family from early 1700's to 1928, this 260-acre site includes Vogrie House, a 40 room Victorian listed building, which has some excellent architectural detail. There is also a Victorian walled garden and glasshouses. The rest of the site includes some original Victorian parkland with over 5 miles of signposted walks through woods, grasslands, and by rivers and ponds, as well as a 9-hole golf course, adventure playground and bookable barbecue sites. A miniature railway, offering rides, runs most Sunday afternoons throughout the summer. The Ranger Service run events and activities throughout the year for the public, schools, groups and clubs.
