The dishes are interesting without straying too far from classic combinations and the only problem with the menu is making the choice between the excellent variety of seafood, game and meat dishes on offer. The ingredients are top quality and cooked impeccably – this is a chef who really knows what he’s doing. Genuine food lovers will love sampling the wares at this established local’s favourite.
