Ushers is an intimate restaurant in the Norton House Hotel - a beautiful country house hotel near the airport. We had one of those dining experiences that leave you with a big grin all over your face. The memory lingers over fantastic tastes, service and wines. The descriptions of the wine and the food are a real joy to read. The wine list is like a family album and don't you just love it when food actually tastes as good as it sounds? This is easily one of the best meals that we have ever had in Scotland. Don't bother flying anywhere, go to Ushers and book a room so you can lounge around with a satisfied smile on your face all weekend!
