A large, modern restaurant on the outskirts of town, Tusitala has gone hell for interior design leather. So much so, it would not look out of place in an IKEA catalogue. The menu is international and varied, with the likes of Moroccan spiced brochettes alongside chargrilled steak with blue cheese, peas and chips. Excellent views over the city, and a pub next door for an after dinner drink, if you are so inlcined.
