When the Torrance Gallery was founded in 1970 it was the only art gallery dealing in contemporary art in Dundas Street - now it has been joined by the majority of the independent galleries in Edinburgh. Still presenting affordable, contemporary one or two person exhibitions, they also have mixed exhibitions in Spring and at Christmas. There is also a framing service available from their workshops.
