This is a really cool little pub, if for no other reason that it is the only gas-lit pub in the city. Not that it retained the lights, the pub's not that old, but it has gone for a Victorian feel, which may not be as authentic as The Barony, but it works nonetheless. Good ales and beers - a small venue, but friendly staff, prepared to chat over a pint.
