It's a fair old way out of town, but if skiing is your thing, we've got an all year round dry ski slope for you. I have been once in my life, fell over and hurt my shoulder and decided I was never going skiing again. True to my word, I haven't. But I'm a clumsy oaf who hates both the cold and pain; so don't let that put you off!
