Established in 1976 in a former fire station, the Peter Potter Gallery's objective is to increase knowledge, understanding, practice and enjoyment of art. The gallery's programme varies with works by mainly Scottish artists and craftspeople of all abilities and experience. There is also a permanent display of paintings, prints, ceramics, glassware jewellery and woodcarvings among others.
