If you're going to have a shop full of unique designer homewear, why not staff it with the designers themselves? After all, who's going to be more knowledgeable or passionate about the stock than the people who made it? The full range here covers some lovely wooden furniture from Alasdair Gall, the man who outfitted the very trendy "Outsider" restaurant, as well as classic Scandinavian furniture by Hans Wegner, bold coloured glasses and glass bowls, some imported Italian "mugs" - minus handles, funky metal candle holders and a lot more. Within the shop is also Concrete Wardrobe, which stocks a few lines of unique ladies' clothing. Although, as I discovered, you may feel slightly embarrassed when commenting on how nice a Roobedoo top is, only to find you're telling this to Ruth Morris, the woman who made it.
