Calistoga's owner has a passion for Californian wine so he decided to theme his restaurant around that. So, the food is all healthy, organic, delicious and beautifully presented. Add to this, rather unusually, the fact that the restaurant is completely non-smoking in accordance with Californian State Law! Its bright and breezy decor evokes the flavour (if not the reality; come on, it is Scotland, for dear's sake!) of Californian sunshine, and its cheery, enthusiastic and ever-attentive staff are only missing the accents. So, put your brolly down for a bit, and bask in the glory of Calistoga.
