We're quite proud of this little brewery, producing as it does some cracking beers, which have won many awards and, frankly, taste great. You can take a tour of the brewery and sample some of the product at the end, which I highly recommend. You'll then more than likely go home and immediately start looking for a pub that sells "Caley 80" or "Deuchars IPA". I drink a lot of the latter. At time of going to press for 2005, the tours have been suspended to allow extensive work on the premises. Call to see if they have restarted before you go.
