Bruschetta. That's chopped tomatoes on toast, isn't it? Think again. Here's an Italian restaurant that can make almost a meal out of the traditional starter, and offer variations on a theme. And that's just the starters. Make sure you're empty when you arrive, because the portions are definitely not stingy, and you MUST leave room for the amazing desserts. Oh, and the house red? More than reasonably priced and as my friend puts it 'punched well above its weight'. The staff and surroundings make this feel like you're returning to an old friend's for dinner.
