Trinity Apse is the only surviving fragment of the Gothic Trinity College
Church, which was founded by Queen Mary of Gueldres, wife of James II,
around 1460. The centre contains a collection of replicas moulded from
ancient Pictish stones, rare Scottish brasses and medieval church brasses.
You can try your hand at making a rubbing yourself, with guidance from
the staff. There are also ready-made rubbings, brass rubbing kits, booklets,
postcards and gifts available.
