This great activity museum is very much for the kids, with tons of things to prod, sniff, shake and discover. They can crawl through tunnels, hunt for fossils, explore secret works, blow oily bubbles, meet the animals of Mill Farm, explore a working watermill and take a riverside walk. There's also an indoor adventure playground, soft play area, seasonal trailer rides and trips on the narrow gauge railway. No wonder it was voted Scottish Museum of the Year in 2002!
